Church Administrator
Cindy Frey and her husband Dan Hardin were 'snowbirds' for several years before joining Cape Coral First in 2008. Prior to her retirement at the end of 2008, Cindy was the Director of Interior Engineering at Chrysler capping her second career of 20 years in the auto industry. This followed a career in academia with Boston College where she taught Marketing and Advertising. Her undergraduate degree in Business is from Western Michigan University and her graduate degrees in Business are from the University of Michigan. She was active on Finance and Church Council at her church in Michigan. Cindy and Dan are car enthusiasts and they also enjoy art, music, gardening, and architecture. They have 2 grandchildren who live in Michigan.

Financial Secretary
Mary Kay Ouvry graduated from Northwood University with a BA in Business Administration, and has over 20 years of accounting experience. She was very active at Cross Lutheran Church in Fraser, MI for many years and served as Fellowship, Stewardship Chairperson and Treasurer. Between she and her husband, Chuck, they have 3 sons and 2 daughters and 11 grandchildren. Email: mkouvry@capecoralfirst.org






Facilities Manager
Ramon Rodrigeuz is originally from the Dominican Republic, but moved to New York with his parents when he was eleven years old. He lived in Florida for several years before coming to work at Cape Coral First. His wife, Hilda and he have two beautiful children who are grown and have started families of their own. He enjoys being a grandparent and is glad to be serving as a part of the Cape Coral First Church staff.






Assistant Custodian/Nursery Supervisor
Hilda Rodrigeuz was born in the Dominican Republic before moving to Florida and marrying Ramon in 1972. She came from a large family of eight kids. Many of her brothers and sisters have also moved from the Dominican to the northern United States. Before coming to work at Cape Coral First, she and Ramon lived in Miami where she worked as a hostess for PCA. She enjoys visiting her two kids and grandchildren in Miami.
