Mission
At Cape Coral First we have discerned that our purpose is
'To Make Disciples of Jesus for the Transformation of the
World.' To do that our Church Council, along with other
church leaders, came together to put in place a vision plan for the next five years. This plan seeks to build from our strengths: worship, leadership, and small/study groups. It also seeks to transform our facilities so they are better equipped as venues for ministry as well as add new ways for our church to reach out into the community.
In 2011 we are seeking to:
- Continue to develop a leadership mentoring process
- Continue to grow our preschool, Foundations Early Learning Center
- Align current ministries and staff under the Invite -> Connect -> Grow -> Serve discipleship development process
- Grow our prayer ministry and restart our Stephen Ministry
- Continue to develop and grow our Cape Elementary School partnership
