Director of Worship Arts and
Director of Youth Ministries
Ron Wilson is the Director of Worship Arts at Cape Coral First. Ron is originally from Indiana, where his family still resides. He has served the Lord in The United Methodist Church for over 20 years as an associate pastor, youth pastor and worship leader. He attended seminary and received his Master of Divinity from Anderson School of Theology. Ron has a passion for music, designing worship services, Watercolor painting, writing dramatic presentations and his two best friends, who happen to be Siamese! Ron professionally recorded his CD, Through The Storm-Through The Night, and loves to use his voice for the Lord.

Director of the Chancel Choir
Choir Director Lauramae Ball is a new Floridian who hails from the state of MO. She is a minister's daughter who has been involved in music for most of her life, both in the church and in the secular world. She has taught music at all grade levels in the public schools, directed choirs in every church of which she has been a member (including a German-American choir while living in Germany), and taught piano privately for over 30 years. Many people move to Florida to enjoy the warm climate, which is a good reason for sure. Lauramae and her husband Dennis, however, have moved here primarily to be close to their three daughters and six grandchildren. She is looking forward to working not only with the choir but with the entire worship and arts personnel in their commmitment to use arts as a tool for meaningful worship each Sunday.
